  • 2. Validate or Select Your Startup Idea

Start your journey with confidence. Bring your own idea and let us validate, refine, and structure it into a strong business concept — or choose from our portfolio of innovative, ready-to-go ideas designed for success in the North American market. Either way, we help you build on a solid foundation.

Choose the path that fits you best: bring your own idea or use one of ours

    Bring Your Own Idea

Have your own idea? Let’s validate it.

If you already have a startup idea, we help you validate and refine it. Our process includes market research, problem-solution fit, feasibility analysis, and user testing. We work with you to structure your concept into a professional business plan, pitch deck, and MVP that meets the expectations of designated organizations.

    Explore Our Ready-to-Go Ideas

No idea yet? Use one of ours.

We’ve developed a portfolio of innovative, pre-researched startup concepts that are ready for development. These ideas are designed with real market needs in mind and can be tailored to your strengths and vision. By choosing one of our ready-to-go ideas, you save time and move faster toward building your MVP, pitching to designated organizations, and achieving success in the Start-Up Visa journey.

  • 3. Select a Designated Organization

Choosing the right designated organization — whether an incubator, angel group, or venture capital firm — is a key milestone in your Startup Visa journey. While the decision and process are fully handled by you, we ensure your business plan, MVP, and pitch materials are ready to impress.

  • 4. Develop a Professional Business Plan

A strong business plan is the backbone of your startup journey. We work with you to transform your idea into a clear, data-driven strategy with financial forecasts, market research, and a compelling roadmap that meets the expectations of designated organizations.

  • 5. Create an Engaging Pitch Deck

Your pitch deck is the story of your startup in visuals and key messages. We design professional, impactful presentations that highlight your problem, solution, market potential, and growth strategy — ensuring you capture attention and build credibility with designated organizations and investors.

  • 6. Register Your Business

Make your startup official by establishing a proper legal foundation. We guide you through the process of structuring your company, setting up ownership roles, and aligning your registration with Canadian requirements, ensuring your venture is ready to operate and grow.

  • 7. Build Your Application Package

Before submitting to designated organizations, your startup needs a complete application package. We help you create a professional website, design prototypes in Figma, develop a functional MVP, establish branding essentials, and produce an introduction video — everything you need to showcase your project with impact.

  • 8. Submit Your Application Package

Once your business plan, pitch deck, and supporting documents are complete, it’s time to submit them to your chosen designated organization. While the submission itself is your responsibility, we make sure every detail of your package is polished, professional, and aligned with SUV requirements.

  • 9. Prepare for Pitching & Present to Designated Organizations

Turn preparation into performance. We equip you with customized training, practice sessions, and coaching to master your pitch — then you deliver it with confidence to incubators, angel groups, or venture capital firms, maximizing your chances of securing support.

  • 10. Secure a Letter of Support (LoS)

If your pitch is successful, the designated organization may issue the Letter of Support needed for your Start-Up Visa application. While the decision rests entirely with the organization, our role is to maximize your chances by ensuring your idea, business plan, and MVP are strong and investor-ready. After the LoS, you must apply for your work permit and PR through licensed immigration professionals — and we’ll continue supporting you as we develop your project further.

  • 11. Product Development & Market Entry

We transform your idea into a real, scalable product. With a robust infrastructure, modern backend and frontend frameworks, cross-platform mobile apps, and advanced AI integration, we build and test your MVP, ensure quality, and prepare it for market launch. Our process includes CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and automation to deliver products that are stable, intelligent, and market-ready.

  • 12. Market Launch, Progress Reporting & Growth

After development is complete, we support your startup through market launch, traction building, and progress reporting until your final immigration result. We also offer optional digital marketing services — SEO, email & SMS campaigns, video production, and social media marketing — under a separate contract to help your startup grow faster.
